Returns, Payment & Shipping


Standard Return Policy

You may initiate a return within 15 days of delivery by contacting, please list RETURN in the subject line. Product must be received by Evoke Socks within 45 days of initiation. All returns are processed on an exchange only basis, please provide the new sock name and / or item number you would like to substitute for your original purchase. We only allow one exchange per purchase. We will email you return instructions.

If you have received a defective product, please take a picture of the defect and include that with your return initiation email as listed above.

We do not take responsibility for any item(s) lost during the return shipping.



Payment Options

There are several payment options available on our site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.


Prices, Customs, and Currencies

We do not take responsibility for custom charges outside of the USA.

Evoke Socks is not responsible for any charges in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging your country’s currency.



Delivery Time

We do our very best to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or final sales. For standard shipping within the US, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. For international orders, it may take up to 2-4 weeks.

Evoke Socks ship via USPS. If you have any concerns, please feel free to email us and we will track your package.

Currently, we ship to the US, Canada and internationally.


Shipping Charges For Socks

Shipping is $8 for anyone in the US and 25$ flat rate to those internationally. Shipping is FREE for those who spend $75 or more.

Orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the USA , and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
